Website operation

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not use advertising scripts, cross-site marketing trackers or non-essential cookies as part of the MGC enquiry flow.

Email enquiries

When you choose an email link, your email application opens. Information you send is processed so MGC Technical Service Ltd can respond to your enquiry and keep an appropriate business record.

Online enquiries

Where the secure enquiry form is enabled, we process the name, business email address, optional company, product/service interest and the message you choose to submit, together with the page that led you to the form. We use this information to respond to your requested business enquiry and, where appropriate, to take steps before entering a contract or pursue legitimate business interests. Please do not submit confidential drawings, customer information, passwords or production files using the form.

Form requests are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and validated on the server. When configured, the message is transmitted through the transactional email provider Resend to the MGC sales mailbox. Provider processing and retention follow the provider's applicable terms. MGC retains legitimate business correspondence only as long as necessary for the enquiry and applicable business/legal requirements; you may request further information about retention.

Minimal conversion measurement

Where enabled, MGC counts aggregated events such as clicks on contact links, starting an enquiry form and acceptance of an enquiry for email delivery. The measurement stores only the day, event type, relevant product category, source page and a count; it does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies or persistent visitor identifiers in this reporting database. These counts are approximate and do not identify individual website visitors.

Technical request data

Cloudflare may process normal technical and security request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths and user-agent details, as needed to deliver and protect the website.

Your rights and choices

You can browse without submitting a form. You may request access, correction or erasure of personal data, object to certain processing, or raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), where applicable. You can also call MGC on 0330 533 0503.
